  • Details
  • In order to reduce and eliminate the vibration and shock of the steel beam through the pipe support during the operation of the pipeline, the disc spring damping frame assembly should be used as the bracket.
The disc spring damping frame is composed of steel, screw rod, nut, disc spring, rubber pad and other parts.Refer to the HG/T21629-2021 standard atlas, and the typical installation forms are shown in the table below.

Disc spring damping frame for heat preservation/cooling pipe

    W4

    DN200〜DN600

    There is lateral displacement

    40 See Note 2

Note 2: W3 should weld trunnions and limit blocks between the pipe and the steel beam and between the pipe and the upper steel member; W4 should weld trunnions and limit blocks between the pipe and the steel beam and between the pipe and the upper steel member.

Disc spring damping frame model representation method:

Example: W3-200-429- 600 means that the top surface of the steel beam and the bottom of the steel member of the damping frame above the pipe used for DN200, the top surface of the steel beam and the bottom of the steel member of the damping frame above the pipe
A disc spring damping frame with a surface height of 429mm and a center distance length of 600mm between the two screws of the damping frame.
