Sliding substrate

When axial or radial displacement of the pipeline is allowed, whether it is an ordinary pipe support, a cold-keeping pipe support, or a heat-insulating pipe support, the type is sliding type or guided type.In order to reduce the displacement resistance of the pipe and reduce the coefficient of friction, the bottom of the pipe support should be welded with mirror stainless steel, and there should be a matching PTFE sliding substrate. The PTFE sliders in the PTFE sliding substrate produced by our company are mostly circular modified PTFE sliders, and the thickness and diameter can be processed and molded according to customer needs.Use a retaining ring of the corresponding size to insert the PTFE slider on the substrate.It has the advantages of low friction coefficient of the slider, strong compression resistance, uniform and reasonable distribution, durable and firm without falling off. The basic structure type of the sliding substrate (see product example 82).The dimensions of the length and width of the substrate and the size and quantity of the PTFE slider are determined by the length and width of the bottom plate of the pipe support and the displacement of the pipe or equipment. For the performance of the PTRE slider, please refer to Annex 1 "Technical Document for Support Hanger" 6.1.10 for details.
