A spring support hanger is a combination device used to support or suspend pipelines or equipment that meets specified loads and allows for vertical upward or downward displacement within a certain range.
An elastic support hanger used to withstand the self weight load of a pipeline, but its bearing capacity varies with the vertical displacement of the pipeline at the support and suspension points. It is mainly composed of cylindrical spiral springs, displacement indicator plates, cover tubes, and elastic nuts and other components.

Example: TD30A7 represents a variable spring support hanger with an allowable working displacement range of 30mm and an upper thread suspension type, numbered 7.
When the horizontal displacement of the pipe supported by the F-type spring is too large, or the diameter of the pipe is large, it is supported by a single spring bracket, the force area is small, and it is easy to be eccentric and unstable; or the load on the support point is too large, and a single spring cannot be satisfied.The spring box (see product examples 10 and 11) is an extended type of F-type spring bracket with a maximum load of up to 4000KN, which can effectively make up for the above shortcomings.As long as the designer or user provides the installation height, installation load, working load, vertical displacement and displacement direction, horizontal displacement and displacement direction of the pipeline or equipment, our company can meet the needs.
