Adjustable bracket

Some pipelines cannot determine the exact height of the required pipe support bracket during design, which requires precise adjustment of the installation height of the pipe support bracket during on-site installation, or adjust the height of the pipe support bracket at any time according to actual needs when the pipeline is running, so as to make the pipeline operation safer and more stable.The above requirements can be met by rotating and adjusting the position of the adjustable bracket nut on the bolt (or screw). The adjustable bracket is mainly composed of base plate, positioning plate, load-bearing plate, supporting steel pipe or section steel, screw rod, nut, PTFE skateboard and other parts. Our company refers to the HG/T21629-2021 standard atlas processing and production: its structure type is shown in Table 10.
