Special bracket for flue gas pipeline at the inlet of smoke machine

At the inlet of the smoke machine of the catalytic cracking device or in a similar environment, the pipeline temperature of the device is higher when it is running. The temperature of the flue gas pipeline connected to the inlet of the smoke machine varies due to the distance from the inlet of the smoke machine. The closer it is to the inlet of the smoke machine, the higher the pipeline temperature.During the operation of the flue gas pipeline, it is prone to bending deformation, tilt and displacement due to uneven heat conduction. The pendulum bracket, the adjustable center rolling bracket and the guide bracket are special brackets installed at the entrance of the smoke machine. The three special brackets are used in conjunction to allow the upper and lower movement and axial displacement of the pipeline within a certain range, limiting the radial displacement and tilt of the pipeline, which can effectively ensure the safe and smooth operation of the pipeline. Although the production process of these three special brackets is more complicated, their structure type is single. The user only needs to provide the H value, pipe outer diameter and pipe material in Table 11.
