Cryogenic cooling pipe support
The cold-keeping pipe support is composed of a combination of steel structural parts (pipe clamp, support seat or trunnion, ear seat, etc.), a metal protective layer, a rubber sheet, a molded polyurethane cold-keeping pipe shell (cold-keeping block) with a moisture-proof layer, and a polyimide foam sealing slat.It is used for the support or suspension part of the low-temperature medium transmission pipeline to isolate the pipeline of the support or suspension part from the external environment, so that the low-temperature pipeline is protected from the influence of the external ambient temperature, and has moisture-proof, flame-retardant, shock-absorbing and other effects.In particular, it can effectively avoid the loss of pipeline temperature and greatly reduce the energy consumption during the operation of the device. It is a very ideal energy-saving pipe frame.
Refer to HG/T21629-2021, the basic structure type of the cooling pipe support is shown in Table 13.(Due to limited space, L2, L3, L4, L5, L8, L9, L12, L13, L17~L25 and the cooling pipe racks produced according to other standard atlases are not included in the table, but our company can produce according to customer needs to meet the supply.
