Ordinary pipe support

There are two types of connection between the upper part of the ordinary pipe support and the pipe: welded type and pipe clamp type.No matter what form of ordinary pipe support, the parts in direct contact with the metal pipe should be of the same material as the pipe.Pipe clamp type pipe brackets used in non-metallic pipes should be equipped with rubber sleeves on the pipe clamps.Sometimes, customers use carbon steel or chromium-molybdenum steel pipe clamp-type pipe brackets to support stainless steel pipes in order to save costs. At this time, stainless steel pads should be entrained on the inside of the pipe clamp. Referring to the HG/T21629-2021 standard atlas, the basic structure types of ordinary pipe brackets are shown in Table 12.
